Abia Home Health LLC was founded by Vanessa Meyer, BSN, RN, CMSRN, a Wisconsin nurse with years of bedside experience. Abia is built on the belief that home health should be led by nurses — not administrators.
Every patient receives a care plan developed and overseen by a licensed nurse, coordinated directly with physicians and families.
